Our team takes inefficiencies personally — consisting of product specialists and technologists with over six decades of collective experience at leading financial institutions such as Fidelity, London Stock Exchange Group, Smart Pension and Russell Investments.

Together, we bring in-depth knowledge and experience in wealth management, asset management, trading technology and cloud computing to this party.

Our Founders
Anton Padmasiri
Co-founder

Anton has worked in wealth management and pensions for over 16 years for Edward Jones, Towry, Fidelity, and Smart Pension. Building and shipping great products that solve big inefficiencies is Anton's thing. At Fidelity he was the product lead for their retail pension products and more recently, at Smart Pension for developing a modern workplace pensions platform. WealthOS is the idea born out of years of frustrations from working with substandard WealthTech platforms, entirely unsuited to digital adoption and innovation.

Chamat Arambewela
Co-founder

Chamat is a London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) alum who helped build cutting edge trading venue platforms for the likes of London Stock Exchange, Turquoise Trading, Borsa Italiana, Tullett Prebon, ICAP, Neo Exchange, etc. He has led teams to build and deploy complex, mission-critical technologies across the globe. Chamat brings with him a wealth of experience from the vantage point of a supplier and what it takes to successfully deliver an implementation from pre-sales to go-live.

Shamindra Perera
Co-founder

Shamindra is a seasoned veteran of the asset management industry who has held the most senior roles across the globe. Most recently he led the institutional business at Russell Investments in London. An industry insider with a rebellious and entrepreneurial streak, Shamindra has been pushing the boundaries on traditional thinking for years. After leaving the corporate world, Shamindra founded a FinTech company that provides tech-driven fiduciary management solutions to large asset managers and pension funds.
